Over the last three years, the Award Winners have generated more than 1500 units of affordable housing, bringing much needed housing and community facilities to families in the most demanding neighborhoods across the country. SEA Corp has teamed up with the Calvert Social Investment Foundation (Calvert Foundation), a non-profit exclusively dedicated to community investment, to structure this innovative, flexible program-related investment offering being circulated among foundations, high net worth individuals and independent philanthropists. |
Summary Terms of Offering
Amounts: $25,000 minimum per investor. A total of $5 million is being sought.Term: Three, Five or Seven years Return: 0%, 1%, 2%, or 3% Targeting: Investors may target capital to any one or multiples of the SEA Corp member CDCs Structure: General recourse, principal due upon maturity Security: $300,000 first loss pool
